"What's For Breakfast?" ~

"When you wake up in the morning, Pooh,"
said Piglet at last,
"what's the first thing you say to yourself?"
"What's for breakfast?" said Pooh.
"What do you say, Piglet?"
"I say, I wonder what's going to happen exciting today?" said Piglet.
Pooh nodded thoughtfully.
"It's the same thing," he said.

Oh Susan, how perfect---I love the birds and the Pooh thoughts. I think like Pooh and that is why I am sometimes called 'Bear".

Fun to see the birds, bread, etc. And you, as usual, came up with the exact words.

What a nice feeding perch! I used to see these birds when I lived in the midwest, but not now in California. Makes me homesick a little...

One has to sit very, very still to capture this beauty of God's creation.

I've just returned from a couple weeks away in a remote area. Such a treat to return and find your beautiful photos and new header! As always, you've found the perfect quotation to accompany them. And I and my children and their children all love Pooh Bear and his cohorts. :)

Blessings to you.

Oh, so sweet... from the birds to Pooh! This was a happy start to the day, the week. I try to wake up feeling excited about each new day. And like Pooh, a smackeral of honey to greet the morning isn't bad either. ;o) Happy Week, Susan ((HUGS))

I was in Manitoba this weekend and saw my very first real life bluejay. It was beautiful! What fun birds!

But I didn't have my camera out fast enough. :(
