Be Still And Know ~

whenever there is
 stillness
there is the still small voice
God's speaking from the whirlwind
 nature's old song
 and dance
Anne Dillard

be still
and know
that I am God
Psalm 46:10

Beautiful pairing of images and words, as always! Is it really still that cold and snowy where you are?

Brandee, today pretty much took care of any snow that was still around. But yesterday, there was still ice on some of the ponds and lakes.

Beautiful photos. Sometimes, in this hectic world, it is the "be still" that is the hard part.

I never tire of that Scripture! It always speaks anew to me.

I love to see the bits and pieces "springing" out. Makes me smile. Hope they haven't all come out before I get there...
