There is always hope,
even in the dark times.
* * *
May
the God of your hope
so fill you with all joy and peace in believing
[through the experience of your faith]
that by the power of the Holy
Spirit you may abound
and be overflowing (bubbling over) with hope.
Romans 15:13

This reminds me of an Oswald Chambers quote I read yesterday. "Faith is the heroic effort of your life."
such a timely image and quote ... for many people
i like the quote on the beautiful flower and I do agree it is true...
Keeping that hope up is hard!
Thanks for adding a very encouraging verse to this lovely picture.
What a wonderful quote. Love your photo my friend.
Hugs~
Precious post.
You are so right and not only everything in life but some people's testimonies are stronger after they die than while they are living.
The theme at my pastor's funeral was not "Dead Man Walking" but rather "Dead Man Talking." His witness was even greater after his death because of the incredible life he had lived.
Love this!
Hope is what keeps us going!!
May everyone have hope
A beautiful reading

True, the silent things often speak loudest.
What a bright, beam of happiness and joy!!
Is this a poppy? Is it yours? OH, they are my favorite subjects to snap, I love them!
Help us to listen to Your voice of love and hope, Lord. Break through and bring your comfort and peace to those experiencing dark times.
A beautiful image, scripture prayer and blessing, Susan.
That is speaking beauty to me!

So true..we just need to close out the rest of the world and listen.
This is beautiful, Susan.
Beautiful and always thoughtful.
Yes. Silence. I've been indulging in a lot of it lately...but there's still the white noise of the refrigerator, the splash of the fountain outdoors, dogs barking, birds chirping...:)Good things!
That's almost all I can ever count on. Almost ever...
That is one of my favorite verses. So comforting! Beautiful flower photos. Love the latest two especially. What a beautiful blog, Susan! Always another surprise here to give thanks for.
