It was definitely a "colorful" weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Always enjoy seeing YOU, but it was fun to also see you and Linda seeing each other. What a treat! A blessing. NOW? Gotta do dishes, head for bed soon, and, hopefully, sleep. [You, too, I hope.]
Oh my goodness! So what was the occasion? This just must have been SO joyous! Have you been keeping in touch by e-mail and phone? Rose Breasted Grosbeak??? I have seen only a brief glimpse of one once...
so good for the soul to visit with old friends. my friend that lives in Savannah is having her 50th wedding anniversary, we were in each others weddings in 1962.. and i can't go.. boo hoo

What a delight to the eye, seeing the flower alternate with the red on the bird. They are indeed gorgeous birds. And what a blessing to have good friends to love and share life with!

We had the sunset but we don't have birds that match geraniums!
