at times
It marches in
with unrelenting force
and snaps
a branch ... a limb ... a life
a branch ... a limb ... a life
leaves
its
jagged edges
open ... vulnerable ... raw ... alone
And then
... He comes ...
the One who said
... This ...
this ... is my body ...
broken
for you
He comes
with
unrelenting love
and
heals
the brokenhearted
